The Pictorans are a humanoid species originally native to the planet Pictor.
They were known to be a peaceful species, until their conquest by the Strekkelans. Following the Battle of Pictor in which the Terran Federation attempted to liberate them, the Strekkelans destroyed the planet and 1/3rd of its people. However, the Terran Federation managed to save much of the population and transported them to their territory.
