The Rokain are a large reptilian species originally native to the planet Rokai.
They were once at advanced species, though the discovery of nuclear weaponry led to them degenerating into a barbaric state. Following contact with the Terran Federation, it was decided by the Senate that a pilgrimage would be placed on the planet. Some more peaceful tribes were taken to Terran Federation space, where many settled in their territory while others settled on a new world known as New Rokai.
